Have you ever been picked on at school or in your work place? It isn't a nice feeling is it. Makes you feel down and can make you lose your self-confidence. Bullying is definately different from just having fights with your friends because fights are usually unpleasant but not serious. If you see someone being bullied you can help.

Harassment
So.. what is sexual harassment? We hear lots about it.. but doe anyone actually know what it is? Sexual harassment or sex-based harassment is when someone make you feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, afraid, upset or angry because you are a girl or because you are a boy.

Sexual assault
Sexual assault is any act of a sexual nature which you have not agreed upon. It is sexualised behaviour by the offender which causes the victim to feel uncomfortable or afraid.

Under arrest
The police are there for a really good reason. To protect people and their property - including you and yours. So why be scared of them or rude to them? It pays to know your rights and be respectful if the police approach you. Mutual respect is the key.
